Kathy Dress
The Kathy Dress is a beautiful, classic tie-neck dress so often produced by fashion designers in the '30s and '40s. The neck is fastened in the back by three snaps and a front tie. Below the snaps is a small back opening for flexibility and an invisible zipper that runs down the mid-back. The waist is able to be pulled snug with a tie around the back.
The Seamstress of Bloomsbury garments are made from the finest quality fabrics, featuring intricate and authentic designs straight from vintage archives. This collection is inspired by the work of a dear friend and original 'Seamstress of Bloomsbury', Lilian Wells, who made the most exquisite garments for aristocrats and royalty from around the world in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. Most of the designs are named after the lovely ladies who Lilian made the garments for, so you'll have a small part of history in each garment!
